卯の花
卯の花、またはおから炒り。
いやいや、100円でたっぷりのおから。
にんじんと、ねぎと、ちくわといっしょに。
大量にできた!うまいよ!!
“Okara” is the remaining after squeezing soy juice for Tofu. Stir Okara, and sliced carrot, Chikuwa, and spring onion. “Chikuwa”? It is a kind of fish cake baked sticking around a sick, so it is 10cm long with a hole all through. Then, add fish source stock, salt, and soy sauce, until liquid evaporate. Kind of home made mother’s tast.

この冬第1回目のなべ
今年のなべ第1回目は、牡蠣!
あまり、濃い味が得意でないので、
昆布だしで、
トリもね。
で、牡蠣を、
ぷりっぷりのうちに食べちゃいます。
Make the base for the pot with Konbu seaweed, and chicken. Add, Japanese cabbage, leek kind of Negi, shiitake and brown enoki mushroom, and later Tofu cubes.Finally, put oysters in, and eat quickly after it is just boiled enough. Enjoy with vinegar soy sauce with some Japanese chilli.
生姜でパスタ
今日の昼ごはんは、
スパムが残っていたので、
寒くということもあって、
ジンジャーパスタ。
Boil pasta, meanting stir fri sliced half of onion and, add sliced green pepper and cubes of spam. When the veges get softened, add ground fresh ginger with its juice, and add seeweed seasoning. Add the boiling water of the pasta, and sprincle a bit of solt and pepper as you like. After puting on a dish, just put slices of pickled red ginger on top.
