今年のなべ第1回目は、牡蠣!
あまり、濃い味が得意でないので、
昆布だしで、
トリもね。
で、牡蠣を、
ぷりっぷりのうちに食べちゃいます。
Make the base for the pot with Konbu seaweed, and chicken. Add, Japanese cabbage, leek kind of Negi, shiitake and brown enoki mushroom, and later Tofu cubes.Finally, put oysters in, and eat quickly after it is just boiled enough. Enjoy with vinegar soy sauce with some Japanese chilli.
