日曜のおひるは、麺がいいけど、
特に今日は、ボランティア土産にもらった、
盛岡のジャージャー麺！

ピリ辛の肉みそに、
きゅうり、ねぎ、紅ショウガで、
麺はあったかいまんまで、
不思議なハーモニー。

普通の毎日なら、
うちでジャージャー麺を食べるなんてなかったかも。

ごちそう様でした！

It’s always goood to have noodle for Sunday Lunch.
Today, I cooked Ja-Ja-men, my friend’s suvenier of a volunteer,
bringing from Morioka, seriously damaged province by the earthquake.

A little hot meat in simo bean paste,
cucamber, spring onion, and picked ginger.
The noodle is warm and the tops are cold,
in a good harmony.

Under normal life,
eating Ja-Ja-men at home would never happen.
