がんもどき

万願寺唐辛子を焼いて、
がんもどきを煮て、
焼いた万願寺唐辛子を入れて煮て、
これにゆず唐辛子で食べた!
出汁をいっぱい吸って、
うまかった。

Manganji Pepper is a kind of pepper from Kyoto, that I grilled.
Ganmodoki is a kind of Tofu cake, cooked in fish base soup.
Back the grilled Managanji Pepper in the soup.
Served with Yuzu Kosho,
that is a spicy paste from Shikoku district.
Ganmodoki absorbed the soup,
that’s really yummy.
