休みの昼ごはん、
焼きそばとか、いいね。
今日は、おきなわそばを使った焼きそば。

麺は代田橋にある「首里製麺」で売っている、
「そばのみみ」。
これは、ご主人が打つそばを、切ったあとに、残った部分。
5人前は取れる量で、たったの50円。

キャベツ、えび、ベーコン、ねぎ、
それを中華だしをベースにして、最後に青海苔。

大満足で、のんびりな、お昼時でした。

I wonder if you have ever tried Okinawa noodle.
The origiin of Okinaawa soba is from Okinawa,
the southern island close to Taiwan.

Okinawa noodle normally comes in soup,
but today I cooked fired with cavege,
spring onion, bacon, and shrimp.

The noodle was from an Okinawan noodle place,
which I go at least once a week.

I wish to go to the place together sometime.
