Natto (納豆) is fermented soy beans on the wild rice,
Topped with marinated seaweed (Nori/海苔).
Miso soup with spring onion, other kind of seaweed,
shredded Japanese radish and marinated and dried bonito (Katsuobushi/鰹節).
Picked scallions and plum,
and green tea.
Peaceful 1st breakfast of this March.
