Gratin of Oyama Negi (like polo leek) and bacon, with Camembert. Yudofu, Tofu cooked in a cray pot served in a small bowl. Khao Soi with bunch of extra coriander. Bouillabaisse, done. Vaila! Prep for bouillabaisse. Cheese and ham press sandwich Poached egg on a slice of toast. Sausage casserole. Wild rice in chicken soup adding vinegar with grated Japanese white radish, spring onion, and Japanese chili. Fried rice with brown rice in Thai style. Braised carrots and spinach. Beef stew with red wine. Hot dog with home made bread. Curry & Rice, a bit spooky. Congee with spicy Miso chicken flakes and fresh coriander. Sweet Potato Bread Just a grilled scallop, but super tasty. Got oysters, and opened with a knife first time. Prep done for Kani Shabu, a kind of cray pot food with crab.
