March Started

March started with Japanese style breakfast.
Cooked and Shot/ March 2016

玄米に納豆に海苔の佃煮トッピング。
味噌汁はねぎにわかめ、大根おろしとおかか。
ラッキョウに梅干しと、緑茶で。
ホッとする3月最初の朝ごはん。

Natto (納豆) is fermented soy beans on the wild rice,
Topped with marinated seaweed (Nori/海苔).
Miso soup with spring onion, other kind of seaweed,
shredded Japanese radish and marinated and dried bonito (Katsuobushi/鰹節).
Picked scallions and plum,
and green tea.
Peaceful 1st breakfast of this March.
